ABOUT
US
Matchday Performance Institute is a multi tiered preparation program for high school athletes in their journey to university soccer and beyond. MPI was created to address some of the gaps in the pathway when it come to succeeding at elite levels of soccer.
The unique varsity demands required for young athletes can be daunting. Academic expectations, adapting to a new location and team, suffering from injuries/setbacks in addition to an intense athletic load can lead to mental and physical burnout.
‘’student athletes are an at-risk population for experiencing psychological distress…’’’ (Bissett 2022)
Competing in college sports is an incredible experience creating lifetime memories and bonds that can last a lifetime and but many are not prepared for such a pivotal moment in their lives.
MPI is here to help you take Control Of Your Game by enhancing your soccer abilities, strengthening your mindset and opening doors to semi professional, professional and collegiate opportunities.
“If my mind can conceive it, if my heart can believe it--then I can achieve it.”
