MATCHDAY TRAIN

One on one or small group sessions allows us to comprehensively analyze athletic performance and implement tailored strategies based on your development needs. Benefit from repetition that is purposeful and complimentary to your current training regime. Our soccer conditioning sessions focus on physical gains to improve confidence in crucial matchday moments!

MATCHDAY TRAIN PACKAGES

HIGH PERFORMANCE GROUP

Targeted towards adults playing local elite levels and youth players aspiring to play post secondary soccer. Get ahead before the day starts in this high performance training environment. Session content features drills with and without the ball predominantly focused on soccer fitness: speed, power, agility and endurance. Technical challenges, plyometrics and small-sided games will elevate decision making, physical and technical capabilities ensuring you remain at the front of the pack this year!

 

Wednesdays 6:45am - 8am 

U17 to U23 Male/Female

YOUTH COMPETITIVE GROUP

Aimed at youth playing tier 1 and 2 level soccer these sessions are all about the details! Sharpen your finishing, refine that first touch, dominate possession, dictate the 1v1 battle and build your cardio base! These unique sessions provide an array of technical drills to enhance technical and physical capabilities. Train with speed, purpose and intensity to improve matchday decision making. Our small coach to player ratio allows us to offer individual support and tailor methods in order to maximize optimal learning.

Soccer Player in Action

SPRING UNIT/POSITION SPECIFIC TRAINING

This weekly supplementary training is geared to prepare students physically and tactically for the next level whether that is collegiate or Tier 1 youth. MPI staff will introduce and hone position specific roles and responsibilities teaching the nuances of how these can be affected by the opposition. Understand team-mate triggers, how to connect units and embrace skills required to make that matchday impact.

  • Hittrax Software will analyze your ball striking velocity and trajectory! Additionally we use video breakdown to provide those extra levels to enhance technique.
